The youth academies and grassroots soccer

The Máster en Dirección, Metodología y Análisis en el Fútbol  is the first university postgraduate program that aims to address a sector as changing, complex and competitive as soccer, through education and a multidisciplinary, transversal and global perspective, in order to provide its students with the best management tools.

The program, designed and taught by LaLiga, consists of four university specialization modules, which are interrelated and complement each other, providing an integrated and global vision of today's professional soccer.

Through one of its modules, the students of the Máster en Dirección, Metodología y Análisis en el Fútbol will specialize in Coaching and Training in Grassroots Football. Undoubtedly, this is an increasingly important pillar for clubs and a future value for sport in general. In it, they will learn to manage, organize and direct real soccer youth academies in professional clubs, they will know everything about the specific areas that exist within the youth academy structures.

They will have at their disposal all the knowledge and expertise of professionals who are currently dedicated to it, knowing their training methodologies and values that accompany them.

All this, accompanied by a practical training, which complements and enhances the theoretical training, through visits to LaLiga Clubs, real case studies and work tutored by the best professionals in the sector.
