Main purposes:

  1. Resolution of inquiries: We hereby inform you that your personal data will be processed by LaLiga in order to provide you with information, manage requests and assist you in relation with the offer of courses or masters. All inquiries will be attended, included those which enter through the register form or via chat. Likewise, LaLiga will process your data in an aggregate manner to elaborate statistics in order to improve the services and user’s experience.
  2. Inscription and participation: We inform you that your personal data will be process by LaLiga for the purposes of manage your inscription and participation in some of the courses or masters offered by LaLiga Business School.

Below, the additional purposes for which LaLiga will process your personal data can be found, should you provide your consent:

  1. So that LaLiga can send you commercial communications about its activities, products and/or services.
  2. So that LaLiga can send you commercial communications or show you customised recommendations about LaLiga activities, products, services, competitions, offers and/or promotions, a profile will be drawn up based on the information you provide. In this connection, LaLiga will perform market studies and analyse your browsing and consumption habits, employing profile segmentation techniques created to this end by LaLiga to provide you with customised information that adapts to your tastes and preferences, by any means, including electronic commercial communications or equivalent forms (such as email, SMS, MMS and similar). 3. How long do we store your personal data?

LaLiga will store your personal data until you withdraw your consent and/or you do not exercise your right of erasure, opposition or limitation of processing. We store your personal data for as long as we need them for the purposes indicated in this privacy policy, to satisfy your needs and fulfil our legal obligations.

Furthermore, we hereby inform you that once the purposes for which your data were collected have been achieved, or the aforementioned rights are exercised, LaLiga will store your personal data, blocking them accordingly, for a period of five (5) years, solely in order to respond to any liability that may arise.
