Through our Educational Department, LaLiga Business School, we bring our students closer to fulfilling their dream of working for one of the fastest growing industries, the sports industry. Currently, 42 of our alumni are already part of LaLiga, developing professionally in areas such as presidency, marketing, sponsorship, activation, international development, LaLiga Global Network, branding, LaLiga Grassroots, Match Directors, audiovisual, LaLiga Business School, business development or LaLiga Tech.
But they do not only reach LaLiga as more than 20 students are also developing in LaLiga professional clubs, such as RC Celta de Vigo, CA Osasuna, Elche CF, UD Ibiza, RCD Mallorca, Valencia CF, Real Betis Balompié, Sevilla FC, Villarreal CF, Albacete Balompié SAD, FC Cartagena, Cádiz CF Mirandilla, Real Sporting de Gijón, RCD Espanyol de Barcelona...
In LaLiga we know that matches are not only played on the field. Behind every team there are great professional managers, analysts, legal experts... essential for the development and growth of the teams and LaLiga.
That is why LaLiga Business School was created, a department that innovated in education, that eliminates intermediaries, and that directly trains professionals who have to face the challenges that the sports industry poses today. The purpose of LaLiga Business School, is to provide prepared profiles to our Clubs in particular, and to the Sports Industry in general, detecting, developing and training the best professionals, in order to provide added value to the Sports and Entertainment Industry in the form of human capital. The programs are designed directly by professionals from the sports industry, from LaLiga, from the teams that make it up and from different companies in the sector.
Through training, we believe in the professionalization and growth of the industry in such a competitive environment, providing new technologies and increasing the level of specialization in the most important areas for the development of sports entities that are leading the transformation.
With the Impulse Plan, where LaLiga wants to help our Clubs in their growth and professionalization, this employability will be increased from now on, and in the coming years.
